3. Booking & Appointment Policies

 

To secure an appointment, clients may be required to submit a deposit (if applicable). By booking with us, you agree to the following:

3.1 Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time.Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Late arrivals may result in loss of deposit.

3.2 No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice is considered a no-show, and any deposit paid will be forfeited. Repeat no-shows may be prohibited from future bookings.

3.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling policies will be outlined during booking. Clients must reschedule before the required window to avoid losing their deposit.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Service Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services and the time invested, no refunds are provided on completed services.

4.2 Hair Extensions Purchases

Hair extensions (bundles, nano tips, toppers, or custom-ordered hair) are non-refundable, whether installed or not, due to hygiene and customization requirements.

4.3 Deposits

Deposits, if collected, are non-refundable but may be transferable if the client reschedules within the approved time frame.

 

5. Client Responsibilities & Service Liability Waiver

 

By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect results and void any guarantees.

You agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your stylist.

Hair Haven Extensions Studio is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Improper home care

• Heat misuse

• Chemical treatments done elsewhere

• Failure to attend maintenance appointments

• Use of non-recommended products

 

5.3 Variability of Results

Results depend on individual hair type, lifestyle, and maintenance.

We do not guarantee outcomes that differ from realistic expectations discussed during consultation.

 

6. Health & Safety Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

Your scalp or natural hair is not healthy enough for extensions

You do not meet safety or suitability criteria

We believe the service requested may result in damage

We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatments.

 

7. Product Sales & Warranties

 

All retail products and hair extension purchases are final sale.

We do not guarantee:

Longevity of hair extensions

No shedding or tangling (as all human hair behaves differently)

Results when third-party products are used

Manufacturer defects, if applicable, will be handled case-by-case.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All website content—including images, text, branding, logos, and service descriptions—is the intellectual property of Hair Haven Extensions Studio.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

 

9. Payments & Billing

 

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or during booking. By booking or purchasing, you agree to pay all associated fees.Chargebacks filed without contacting us first to resolve concerns may result in refusal of future service.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Hair damage resulting from improper care

Losses due to client misuse of products or failure to follow aftercare
